Haven Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Kindly acquaint yourself with the essential aspects delineated in the following Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) that are designed to ensure peace of mind.

All Haven participants are required to familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with travel and some of the course activities.

2. Travel Insurance

Each guest is responsible for procuring suitable personal accident, holiday cancellation and Covid coverage insurance for the entire duration of their selected retreat. Travel insurance is non-negotiable and must be adhered to when reserving any of our premium retreat offerings.

This coverage plays a pivotal role in safeguarding against potential injuries and unforeseen cancellations. The insurance acts as a protective measure, providing financial recourse in case of unexpected circumstances.

3. Payment

The price is the precise amount intended to be received in British Pounds, unaffected by currency fluctuations or third-party transfer charges. In the event of electronic transfers, kindly ensure that your bank accounts for all associated costs to prevent any discrepancy in the received sum. Should the full amount not be received, we will promptly notify you and request the outstanding difference to be settled.

4. Travel Arrangements

Your travel arrangements are under your jurisdiction and expense. We hold no liability for delays, cancellations or document issues. While we can provide recommendations for where to obtain a Visa, obtaining a Visa is solely your responsibility.

5. Your Health and Well-being

Injuries and Self-awareness: Transparent communication with instructors about injuries and being mindful of your physical limits is paramount. If discomfort or injury arises, discontinue participation immediately.

Fitness Assessment: Prior to booking, please disclose any health conditions and dietary needs (vegetarian and vegan options are fully catered for). We prioritize your well-being and may advise against participation if necessary.

Terrain and Pregnancy: Engaging in hikes on uneven terrain entails potential risks. Pregnant women (12-28 weeks) must obtain practitioner approval to partake in activities.

6. Changes and Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to enact changes (itinerary, venue) and will promptly communicate any alterations to you. In the event of our cancellation, a full refund including deposit is ensured within 5 working days.

7. Cancellation Guidelines

a) You (or any member of your party) have the option to cancel your booking at any time, with the following considerations:

For cancellations outside of 2 months before the start date, we will offer a full refund. For cancellations within 2 months of the start date, we will retain the deposit. If a suitable replacement is found, in such cases, we may offer a credit towards the next suitable Haven, or a partial or full refund that will be discretionary.

Bookings are applicable for the specified 10-night Haven period. No refunds are offered for unused portions of the Haven. If the reason for cancellation aligns with your Insurance Policy terms, you may be able to file a claim with your insurance provider. Once the Haven has commenced, no refunds, partial refunds, or reimbursements for unused portions will be provided in the event of cancellation by you.

8. Our Responsibility and Liability

(a) We hold ourselves accountable for ensuring that Havens are delivered as described and that the services we are contractually bound to provide meet reasonable standards.

(b) We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes resulting from war, threats of war, terrorist actions or threats, airport closures, civil unrest, industrial actions, natural disasters, transport technical issues, staff cancellations, unforeseen personal circumstances, or other events beyond our control.

(c) We bear no responsibility for any injuries sustained. Participation in yoga and fitness classes is at your own risk. We disclaim liability for any medical or psychiatric conditions that may develop during or following the Haven. Furthermore, we are not liable for the loss of, or damage to, your personal belongings.

9. No Liability for Possessions

It is your responsibility to ensure the safety of your possessions at all times, including hire cars or other rented equipment.

10 Privacy and Complaints

Your personal data remains confidential; we neither store credit card details nor share customer information with third parties.
